Customer Experience Associate - Spanish

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Associate who will support Spanish‑speaking customers throughout the shipment lifecycle. The role involves handling inquiries, managing cases, and ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end experience for both import and export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication channels and act as the primary point of contact for Spanish‑speaking clients.
• Handle case management, onboarding, contract and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with local and offshore teams to resolve exceptions and ensure timely cargo delivery.
• Process import/export documentation, comply with service level agreements and global process standards.
• Support the Customer Experience Partner and internal stakeholders in proactive cargo readiness activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Customs Administration or related field).
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service within shipping, forwarding or supply‑chain environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to understand customers’ business drivers and build relationships with internal and external partners.
