About the role
The Customer Experience Ambassador will create a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers. This role involves assisting customers, recommending the best Globe products and services, and resolving any issues they encounter.
Key responsibilities
- Provide assistance and recommendations on Globe products and services to meet customer needs.
- Support customers' digital journeys through face‑to‑face digital user assistance or education.
- Attend to sales and service needs of customers.
- Approve and process sales and service applications and related transactions in the system.
- Process payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions.
Required profile
- Ability to assist customers throughout their digital and service interactions.
- Capability to handle sales and service requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in processing applications, transactions, and payments accurately.
