About the role

The Customer Experience Ambassador will create a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers. This role involves assisting customers, recommending the best Globe products and services, and resolving any issues they encounter.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and recommendations on Globe products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Support customers' digital journeys through face‑to‑face digital user assistance or education.
  • Attend to sales and service needs of customers.
  • Approve and process sales and service applications and related transactions in the system.
  • Process payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions.

Required profile

  • Ability to assist customers throughout their digital and service interactions.
  • Capability to handle sales and service requests efficiently.
  • Proficiency in processing applications, transactions, and payments accurately.
