Customer Care Specialist – Las Piñas

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is looking for a Customer Care Specialist in Las Piñas. The role centres on delivering accurate, efficient and respectful service to customers on every call, measured against performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Research and give accurate, timely answers via phone, email and live chat
• Navigate internal and external documentation and resources to deliver world-class service
• Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to the right internal teams
• Route calls to the right resources and document interactions according to standard operating procedures
• Spot emerging trends and patterns in issues and communicate them
• Handle calls professionally according to client quality guidelines and company protocols, KPIs and policies
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors and other departments, and take part in mandatory training and seminars

Required profile

• At least a high school graduate
• Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving, critical thinking and empathy for customers
• Adaptable, resilient and able to multitask with attention to detail

Required skills

• Proficient with Windows OS, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk and Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools
