About the role
Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Customer Care professional to join its on‑site team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. The role is full‑time and focuses on delivering high‑volume, repeatable, customer‑facing and system‑driven tasks that support auction operations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high‑volume, repeatable, customer‑facing tasks that support auction processes.
- Perform system‑driven activities required to maintain service quality.
Required profile
- Comfortable handling a large number of customer interactions.
- Ability to follow repeatable processes accurately.
- Detail‑oriented and able to work on‑site in a call‑centre environment.
