Customer Account Manager – Onsite

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join its team in Cagayan de Oro. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing orders through ERP and CRM systems, and supporting the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with customers, responding promptly to inquiries and complaints.
• Manage end‑to‑end order processing using ERP systems, ensuring accuracy from receipt to delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in Dynamics 365 CRM, integrating with ERP for order management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Sales to align customer needs with operational capabilities.
• Support sales in quoting and contracting for Didion products and act as a liaison across departments.
• Initiate and coordinate the customer complaint (CCR) process, driving timely resolutions.
• Provide backup support to the Customer Relations Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service and sales support, with a proven ability to nurture strong client relationships.
• Experience in food manufacturing or a related industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex customer situations and make timely decisions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
