Culture Manager – Fixed Day Shift, Weekends Off

About the role

Qwrk is seeking a Culture Manager to champion and embed its core values, vision, and goals across the organisation. You will ensure that every employee, whether onsite or remote, experiences a consistent and engaging workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own and promote Qwrk’s culture, values (TIES), vision, and annual goals.
• Translate leadership strategy into tangible employee experiences.
• Identify and mitigate cultural risks proactively.
• Partner with managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver culture initiatives.
• Support Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, HR, or management role.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing culture or employee‑engagement programs.
• Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships at all organisational levels.
• Degree‑qualified or equivalent.
