About the role
The Crew Leader supports the Restaurant Management Team (RMT) in delivering consistent service and operational excellence during each shift. This position ensures that standard operating procedures, sales initiatives, and food safety standards are properly applied across the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the RMT in implementing SOPs and sales‑related programs.
- Monitor cost‑management procedures and support new employee orientation.
- Maintain and update operational records using monitoring tools (e.g., sales initiatives, incentive programs).
- Verify proper implementation of food safety standards.
- Perform production, service, and channel‑management support activities.
- Prepare and facilitate assigned administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Completed at least the second year of college education.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Crew member or 3 years in a service/production crew role.
