Credit Operations Specialist

About the role

Infinit-O is seeking a Credit Operations Specialist to support its finance clients in managing collateral reporting, accounts receivable, and cash receipt verification. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, reconciling financial information, and assisting senior credit staff during onboarding and training.

Key responsibilities

• Review, process and verify collateral reports submitted by clients.
• Reconcile monthly accounts receivable aging and inventory reporting.
• Calculate ineligible items based on predetermined schedules.
• Validate client cash receipts and disbursements against bank statements.
• Monitor portfolio quality and alert onshore teams to discrepancies.
• Set up new workbooks for clients transitioning from due diligence to closing.
• Reconcile borrowing bases for funding requests and identify irregularities.
• Assist senior credit operations personnel with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Support the Operations Lead in clarifying processes and procedures.
• Provide backup coverage for team members during absences and perform any related tasks required by CNH Finance/EHC.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a multinational company or banking environment.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
