Credit Manager (CPA) – Urgent Hiring

About the role

The Credit Manager will lead the strategic management of customer credit exposure for Total Philippines, ensuring that credit policies support sales growth while protecting the company’s financial health. This full‑time, onsite role reports to Corporate Affairs and works closely with Sales and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve credit proposals for customers, ensuring sound risk assessment and policy alignment.
• Establish, implement, and monitor customer credit lines to support business growth while minimizing exposure.
• Review and process orders with overdue or over‑limit accounts, applying proper controls and approvals.
• Prepare and analyze credit‑related reports, including performance, utilization, credit lines, customer profiles, currency listings, and returned checks.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on credit data to support decision‑making.
• Conduct research and planning to enhance credit policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve credit processes to strengthen risk management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to align credit strategies with business objectives.
• Offer guidance on credit‑related matters to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Accounting, Treasury, or Credit Management.
• Strong analytical and financial risk assessment skills.
• Proficient in financial reporting and credit evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
