Creator Manager – Mom, Baby & Health (E‑Commerce)

About the role

As a Creator Manager for the Mom, Baby and Health category, you will drive the growth and performance of creators on our e‑commerce platform. You will work closely with sellers, brands and internal teams to ensure creators produce high‑quality content that complies with platform policies and maximises revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, incubate and nurture creators through one‑to‑one and community‑wide management.
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans to boost content production and creator earnings.
• Organise online and offline activities to improve content quality and policy understanding.
• Coordinate creator‑centric campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build partnerships between brands, sellers and creators to support platform growth.
• Manage creator budget planning to ensure a healthy return on investment.
• Familiarise with internal creator management tools and e‑commerce functions.
• Facilitate smooth communication among all creator‑related stakeholders.
• Support operational tasks related to creators as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in community or influencer management.
• Proven ability to plan and execute both online and offline events.
