About the role

We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a Creative Strategist to join one of our new Creative Pods. In this role you will shape concepts, hooks, angles and briefs for performance‑driven paid social campaigns, turning data‑derived insights into clear creative direction for DTC e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

Develop concepts, hooks, angles, briefs and creative direction for paid social campaigns.
Translate strategic insights into executable creative assets.
Collaborate with UGC creators and manage UGC‑based creative production.
Review campaign performance and use insights to refine future creative work.

Required profile

1–2+ years of relevant creative strategy experience.
Experience working with DTC and e‑commerce brands, preferably in apparel or comfort‑led categories.
Agency or performance‑marketing background is a plus.
Strong copywriting ability and deep understanding of paid social psychology.
Comfortable developing clear briefs and turning strategy into creative concepts.
