About the role

Tata’s Chicks is seeking a highly creative storyteller to build a brand mythology around the legendary “Little Mayor” of Mandaluyong. This freelance position will shape a multi‑platform content franchise that blends Filipino culture, basketball, family values, and mob‑film drama.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the overall Tata’s Chicks story universe and long‑running season arcs.
• Create recurring characters, storylines, and short‑form episodic scripts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and mini‑documentaries.
• Conceptualise and outline mini‑documentary ideas and cinematic brand films.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure brand‑aligned storytelling.
• Design memorable brand moments, iconic scenes, and product‑driven narratives.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability with a passion for cinematic narratives.
• Experience in film, advertising, content creation, journalism, screenwriting, or creative writing.
• Deep appreciation for social‑media storytelling formats and the ability to write emotionally engaging, funny, and inspirational content.
• Familiarity with mob‑film and family‑drama storytelling is a major advantage.
