Creative Multimedia Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Multimedia Designer to lead the development of packaging, visual, and video assets that enhance our brand presence across digital and physical channels. The role combines design, photography, and video production to deliver compelling, on‑brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce sustainable packaging designs from initial sketches to press‑ready files.
• Manage print production, including dielines, material selection, and the unboxing experience.
• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for studio and on‑location projects.
• Create short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, as well as long‑form content for YouTube and digital campaigns.
• Design digital assets for e‑commerce sites, landing pages, email campaigns, and display ads.
• Ensure all static and motion assets follow brand guidelines and strengthen visual identity.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in multimedia design, packaging, video production, photography, or digital media.
• Highly creative, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain visual consistency across projects.
• Confident behind DSLR or mirrorless cameras with knowledge of manual settings and studio lighting.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, composition, and pacing.
• Portfolio or showreel showcasing packaging design, photography, videography, and digital campaigns.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Figma, CapCut, Blender, Cinema 4D (or similar 3D tools).
• DSLR/mirrorless camera operation and studio lighting.
• Print production knowledge: dielines, CMYK, spot colors, press‑ready files.
• Video production and editing for short‑form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long‑form content.
• Asset optimization for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
