Creative Designer – Meta Advertising Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to lead visual production for Meta advertising campaigns supporting Amazon‑focused brands. The role is fully remote and will work closely with performance marketers and account managers to translate brand objectives into high‑performing static, carousel and short‑form video ads.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce static, carousel and motion assets for Meta platforms, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and Amazon listing requirements.
• Generate multiple creative variations for A/B testing and iterate based on performance data.
• Maintain organized design files and assets library for easy collaboration.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to align creative strategy with campaign goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Meta Ads best practices, social media design trends and eCommerce visual standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating conversion‑focused creatives for paid social, preferably in eCommerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media ad work (Meta, Instagram, TikTok).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced remote setting.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Figma or comparable UI/UX design tools.
• Graphic design and motion design for social ad formats.
• Web design and digital layout experience to ensure consistency with Amazon product pages.
