CPA Budget Officer / Finance Controller / Chief Accountant

About the role

As a senior finance professional at Asiacruit, you will act as the CPA Budget Officer, Finance Controller, and Chief Accountant. You will own end‑to‑end financial management, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, and compliance, turning data into actionable insights that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards and company policy.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic re‑forecasts and develop rolling forecasts, scenario analyses and sensitivity models.
• Design, document and maintain strong internal controls; identify and implement process‑automation opportunities.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital requirements and treasury activities to optimise liquidity.
• Oversee month‑end close, account reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff while collaborating with operations, HR and commercial teams.
• Maintain and improve ERP integrations, reporting tools and management dashboards.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or equivalent professional accounting designation.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including budgeting and financial control responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing financial statements, managing audits and ensuring statutory compliance.
