Courier – Secure Credit Card Delivery

About the role

We are seeking reliable couriers to distribute credit cards across assigned territories in the Philippines. The role involves secure, timely delivery of cards directly to customers’ registered addresses while maintaining strict security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily RCL card distribution across designated territories.
• Ensure high‑security, on‑time delivery of credit cards to customers’ registered addresses.
• Prioritize high‑value or urgent card requests and manage daily delivery schedules.
• Maintain physical card inventory and update the manual tracking system for full accountability.
• Follow “Return‑to‑Vault” procedures for undelivered, refused, or returned cards.
• Document and report any security breaches, lost cards, or suspicious activities immediately.
• Educate customers on manual card activation steps and key security features.
• Handle on‑site customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
• Record delivery attempts, successful handovers, and returns, and provide data for the master database.
• Manage bulk card logistics to designated collection hubs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in card operations, secure logistics, or banking field operations.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Own a reliable motorcycle in good working condition.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and possess expert knowledge of local routes and landmarks.
