About the role
The Country Director leads New Energy Nexus Philippines, overseeing vision, strategy, growth, and sustainability of the clean‑energy ecosystem. This senior, external‑facing role reports to the global CEO and works with funders, partners, government and industry to scale impact.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the long‑term vision and strategy for the Philippines chapter.
- Build and steward relationships with funders, partners, government agencies, industry and ecosystem actors.
- Translate ecosystem insights into programmatic initiatives and strategic plans.
- Lead, develop and inspire a self‑directed team, preserving culture while driving growth.
- Represent New Energy Nexus Philippines in national and regional forums.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in clean‑energy, climate or related sectors.
- Strong external networking and partnership development skills.
- Track record of scaling programs and managing multi‑stakeholder ecosystems.
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
