Cost Control Supervisor

About the role

The Cost Control Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position at Dusit Princess Lipa. You will lead daily cost control activities for food and beverage operations, ensuring expenses align with budget targets and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse food and beverage costs, preparing regular cost reports and variance analyses.
• Review purchase requests, validate inventory movements, and verify supplier invoices.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to optimise spending and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct spot checks, enforce internal controls, and support audit processes.
• Guide and train team members on cost control procedures and system usage.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory abilities with experience leading cost‑control or finance‑related teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset for interpreting financial data and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑department coordination and report presentation.
• Solid understanding of finance principles, cost accounting, and budgeting in a hospitality environment.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and flexibility to work on‑site in Lipa.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with relevant accounting or ERP systems.
