About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Travel Specialist to join our team at the MOA Pasay office. The role focuses on managing corporate travel bookings, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and leveraging loyalty programs for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Process corporate travel reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Verify that all bookings comply with international travel regulations.
- Manage and apply loyalty program benefits for corporate travelers.
- Provide support and assistance to travelers throughout their journey.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a support or travel‑related role.
- Familiarity with GDS platforms.
- Understanding of international travel regulations.
- Knowledge of airline and hotel loyalty programs.
Required skills
- GDS (Global Distribution System) operation.
- International travel regulations awareness.
- Loyalty program management.
