Corporate Trainer

About the role

The Corporate Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for new hires and existing staff in a call‑center environment. This role ensures that all personnel are aligned with the company’s customer‑service philosophy and evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to identify training needs for both new hires and current employees.
• Conduct regular new‑hire classes and recurrent training sessions, preparing all related materials and facilities.
• Adapt teaching methods to various learning styles using role‑plays, simulations, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to assess training gaps and enhance curriculum.
• Create and maintain training assets covering product knowledge, process awareness, system expertise, and call‑handling skills.
• Share best‑practice insights across iQor facilities and ensure 100% compliance with company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and interpret diverse instructional formats.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of training experience in a call‑center setting.
• High school diploma, GED, trade/vocational certificate, or equivalent.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 lb and sustain prolonged periods of sitting, speaking, and typing.
• Consistent attendance and reliability.
