Corporate Sales Trader

About the role

The Corporate Sales Trader will generate volume and income by managing domestic and foreign money‑market, securities, foreign‑exchange and derivative products for corporate and institutional clients. The role involves executing treasury trades, recording transactions in the Kondor Plus system and ensuring smooth settlement coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue through trading of money‑market, securities, FX and derivative products for corporate and institutional accounts.
• Execute treasury product trades and encode all transactions using Kondor Plus (K+).
• Coordinate with the settlement branch and other bank units to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Conduct regular marketing calls, visit prospective and existing clients, and cross‑sell additional bank products.
• Invest client funds in appropriate instruments to meet liquidity and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with client coverage, corporate banking and financial institutions to identify business opportunities.
• Perform suitability assessments to match products with client risk tolerance and sophistication.
• Provide market feedback on client preferences, competitor rates and product mix.
• Maintain a data bank of product maturities, customer call schedules and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably in business‑related fields.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in securities, money‑market or treasury sales.
• SEC‑licensed Fixed Income Salesperson.
• Bankers Association of the Philippines‑ADMU Treasury Certified Professional (full certification).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Kondor Plus (K+) trading platform.
