Corporate Sales Executive – Car Rental Solutions

About the role

The Corporate Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate accounts for a car‑rental business. You will work directly with BPOs, logistics firms, hospitality groups and multinational corporations to understand their mobility needs and propose tailored rental solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new corporate account opportunities through field visits, cold calls, referrals and networking.
• Develop and present customized proposals and rental packages for targeted verticals.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, act as the main point of contact for contracts, issue resolution and regular business reviews.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and track progress using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, Reservations, Fleet Management, Finance and Marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no prior work experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Confident, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and willing to travel for fieldwork across Metro Manila.
• Valid driver’s license (professional license is a plus).
