Corporate Recruiter (Full‑time, Onsite)

About the role

CSV Now is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join its fast‑growing team in Cebu City. In this full‑time, onsite position you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, helping the company scale its operations across corporate, operational, leadership and BPO roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Source candidates proactively via JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate consistently with hiring managers and candidates.
• Extend offers, negotiate compensation and guide candidates through onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with ability to balance hiring speed and quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment where priorities shift quickly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, operational, leadership and BPO roles.
