Corporate Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Nurse to join our construction company’s on‑site health team in Talomo District, Davao City. You will be the primary health professional responsible for safeguarding employee wellbeing and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace health risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
• Monitor employee health trends, maintain confidential medical records, and provide timely medical advice.
• Coordinate annual physical examinations, vaccination drives, and health screenings.
• Lead health education campaigns covering mental health, stress management, and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a company or occupational health nurse.
• Certification from the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines.
• Willingness to attend face‑to‑face interviews and work onsite.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from PHP 30,000 to PHP 35,000.
