Corporate Nurse – Employee Health & Safety

About the role

The Company Nurse will promote employee health and safety within the workplace. You will deliver medical care, conduct health assessments and support wellness and occupational safety programs in a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees as needed.
• Conduct initial health assessments, physical examinations and manage the clinic’s medical supplies and inventory.
• Monitor and maintain records of employees’ health status and medical consultations.
• Recommend referrals for further treatment when necessary.
• Implement health and wellness programs, including health education and preventive care activities.
• Assist in the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Participate in safety inspections, risk assessments and maintain confidentiality of health records.
• Support basic HR functions such as timekeeping and other related tasks.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with an active PRC license.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification for nurses.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of OSH standards and health regulations.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong and Pasig City.
