Corporate Financial Analyst – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Corporate Financial Analyst to join its finance team in Cagayan de Oro City. This is an onsite, night‑shift position focused on supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Analyze operating expenses, financial performance and key business metrics to identify trends.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
• Contribute to the preparation and validation of the annual corporate budget.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and strategic decision‑making.
• Prioritize multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Participate in financial process‑improvement initiatives and produce ad‑hoc analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
