Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented professional to elevate our team’s English language skills. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will deliver group and one‑on‑one online classes, design weekly lesson plans, and monitor learner progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group English training sessions for employees.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials aligned with business needs.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and industry‑specific terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication, presentations, and public speaking.
• Assess learner progress, produce weekly reports, and adapt teaching methods as needed.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads to schedule sessions and address training requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with Eastern European or Asian learners.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2 level or equivalent).
• Independent, accountable, and able to work autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a growth‑mindset.

Required skills

• HTML (basic web‑development terminology).
