Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented Corporate English Trainer to deliver online group and one‑on‑one lessons for our employees. The role is remote, based in the Philippines, and works closely with the HR team to align language training with employee development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group English language training sessions with employees.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to team needs.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, accent clarity, and introduce relevant tech and CRO terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication skills, presentations, and public speaking.
• Track learner progress, provide assessments, adapt teaching methods, and share weekly progress reports.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans, schedule or reschedule sessions, ensure reliable delivery, and collaborate with HR and department heads.
• Work autonomously, maintaining professionalism in teaching, planning, reporting, and employee interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with students in Eastern Europe or Asia.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2 level or equivalent).
• Independent, accountable, and consistently professional.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Creative and adaptable teaching style.
• Attention to detail and curiosity about CRO/tech environments.
• Growth mindset with a desire for continuous learning.

Required skills

• English language teaching (ESL) expertise.
• Ability to design engaging learning materials.
• Familiarity with basic web development terminology (e.g., HTML).
• Experience teaching presentations/public speaking (optional).
