Corporate English Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented professional to elevate our team’s English language skills. The role is fully remote, supporting employees across the organization with group and one‑on‑one online classes, lesson planning, and progress tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group English training sessions for employees.
• Design customized lesson plans and learning materials aligned with HR projects.
• Coach learners on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and industry‑specific terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication, presentations, and public speaking.
• Assess learner progress, produce weekly reports, and adapt teaching methods as needed.
• Schedule lessons, maintain reliable delivery, and collaborate with HR and department heads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with Eastern Europe or Asian learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C2‑level or equivalent).
• Independent, accountable, and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to learn about CRO/tech environments.

Required skills

• HTML (basic web development terminology).
