Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, building trusted partnerships and delivering tailored financial solutions that drive portfolio profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, cultivating relationships through regular calls, visits and engagements.
• Identify and deliver appropriate banking products and services to meet client needs while achieving revenue and volume targets.
• Collaborate with credit partners to structure loan packages, negotiate terms, and ensure proper documentation and credit approval.
• Monitor loan portfolio credit quality, enforce compliance with credit policies, and coordinate recovery actions when necessary.
• Gather client feedback and market intelligence to support product development and service enhancements.
• Train and supervise Service Associates to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance or a related business discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, preferably in corporate relationship management.
• Strong understanding of credit policies, loan structuring and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
