Controllership Manager

About the role

ACMobility is driving the Philippines' transition toward sustainable mobility through electric vehicles, charging infrastructure and renewable energy solutions. The Controllership Manager will serve as the key link between ACMobility’s business units and Ayala Corporation, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant consolidated financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation across multiple business units.
• Prepare, review and submit consolidated financial reports, schedules and analyses to Ayala Corporation.
• Review business‑unit reporting packages for compliance with group accounting policies and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and foreign‑currency translation adjustments.
• Coordinate with external auditors during consolidated financial statement audits.
• Update and implement accounting policies, financial controls and governance standards.
• Standardise accounting and reporting processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and new standards.
• Partner with IT and Finance Systems teams to optimise consolidation systems and reporting tools.
• Maintain the consolidation data hub and develop efficiency‑focused reports.
• Support finance users with system inquiries, orientations and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and CPA certification.
• At least 4 years of external audit experience or 5 years of accounting, financial reporting or consolidation experience.
• Strong background in financial consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Experience with ERP or consolidation/reporting systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing or diversified business groups is an advantage.
