About the role

The Continuous Improvement Officer will lead innovation and process optimisation initiatives within the insurance claims function. Working on a hybrid schedule with night‑shift hours, the role focuses on delivering seamless transitions and sustainable organisational success. Weekends are off, and the position is project‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across claim processing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimisation, or similar roles, preferably within insurance or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
