About the role

McDonald’s Philippines is seeking a Content Manager to lead the development and execution of content strategies across its social platforms. The role will drive brand presence, create compelling assets, and collaborate with influencers and agencies to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead end‑to‑end content strategies to strengthen brand relevance.
• Oversee brand social channels, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on‑brand content.
• Conceptualize and produce creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead shoots and coordinate content production with internal teams, agencies, and creators.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize content based on data.
• Manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and agencies to execute campaigns.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in content, social media, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and creator ecosystems.
• Proven experience in content strategy, production, and social media management.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is preferred.
