Content Development Officer – eLearning & Learning Services

About the role

The Content Development Officer will create and convert training materials into engaging e‑learning modules and gamified experiences. Working with Articulate 360 and other authoring tools, you will support learning services across multiple geographic regions.

Key responsibilities

• Build e‑learning courses using Articulate 360 following template specifications.
• Make editorial and formatting decisions during course migration.
• Ensure courses comply with branding standards and deliver a consistent learning experience.
• Manage multiple tasks, communicate proactively, and conduct quality‑assurance reviews to verify functionality and accuracy.
• Collaborate remotely with team members across regions and work with program points of contact to innovate learning module presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar e‑learning content development role.
• Familiarity with e‑learning authoring tools, preferably Articulate 360.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, Bloom’s taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick’s evaluation levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, team‑player attitude, and effective time‑management.
• Willingness to work on‑site, from home, and on graveyard shifts.
