Contact Center Professional – Fixed‑Term (Customer Loyalty)

About the role

ING is seeking a Customer Loyalty Member III to join its Retail Banking Operations team in the Philippines. In this fixed‑term position you will be the front‑line representative for customers across multiple digital and voice channels, helping them manage everyday banking needs while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service via chat, phone, video, email and messaging platforms.
• Process customer requests related to payments, cards, online banking and other daily banking products.
• Manage end‑to‑end resolution of inquiries and complaints, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Identify and correct system‑generated responses when necessary.
• Support productivity, quality and turnaround‑time targets while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement and operational‑excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in banking, shared services or BPO.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and channels.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
