Consultant – Real Estate Software

About the role

As a Consultant you will join a collaborative team to configure and customize MRI's real‑estate software for clients. You will manage implementation projects, deliver training, and use SQL to solve business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fast‑paced work sessions with client personnel to design technology‑based solutions.
• Conduct individual and group training sessions and maintain training environments and manuals.
• Assist clients in setting up and configuring MRI Software applications.
• Gather and document business requirements, then create custom reports using SQL Server Management Studio.
• Provide functional and technical consulting services, including gap analysis, configuration, customization, health checks, and implementation.
• Convert business data manually or via integration and create interfaces to third‑party applications.
• Enhance MRI offerings by customizing the product with internal and Microsoft tools.
• Test software functionality to ensure it meets client expectations.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Information Technology or equivalent industry knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years experience in consulting, product implementation or systems design.
• Proven experience delivering training.
• Strong team player with excellent written and oral communication.
• High initiative, self‑motivation and understanding of software implementation methodology.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically or overseas.
