Consultant - Consumer Behavior Insights

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Consultant to join our quantitative practice and deliver rigorous, business‑relevant consumer behavior insights. You will work closely with senior leaders, shape analytical approaches, and help strengthen NIQ’s reputation as a trusted thought partner.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quantitative research projects, ensuring methodological rigor and high‑quality outputs.
• Design questionnaires, sampling plans, and analytical frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct advanced analyses such as segmentation, drivers analysis, regression, conjoint, pricing, and forecasting.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Serve as primary client contact on quantitative engagements, building consultative partnerships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the practice.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and regional Quantitative Consulting teams to deliver integrated insight solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Mid‑level experience in advanced analytics, multivariate techniques, segmentation, pricing, choice modelling, forecasting, or behavioural modelling.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations and communicate findings clearly.
