Construction Project Manager – Onsite (Iloilo)

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will keep multiple demolition projects on track by handling day‑to‑day coordination, administration, scheduling, documentation, logistics and communication. This full‑time, onsite position ensures operational continuity when senior managers are off‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate several demolition projects simultaneously, from planning to mobilisation.
• Assist with project programming, scheduling and scope management; communicate any changes.
• Prepare quotations for minor works (up to AUD $1,000) and maintain accurate job documentation.
• Act as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams; manage project‑related correspondence.
• Support site operations through material purchase requests, warehouse deliveries, waste management and logistics.
• Conduct toolbox and coordination meetings, aid recruitment and resource planning.
• Prepare regular project reports, monitor progress against schedules and identify workflow improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration or operations coordination.
• At least 2 years of contracts administration experience.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Groundplan, Ascora or similar job/field service management software.
