Construction Estimator

About the role
MicroSourcing is seeking a Construction Estimator to join its hybrid team in Cagayan de Oro City. You will be responsible for translating tender drawings into accurate Bills of Quantities, supporting metalwork, FF&E, windows, joinery and other construction elements.
Key responsibilities
- Measure tender drawing sets and produce detailed Bills of Quantities for various construction components, including metalwork packages, FF&E, windows, and joinery.
Required profile
- Training or education in construction estimating, quantity surveying or a related construction discipline.
- University degree or near‑completion in a relevant field.
- Experience with aluminium and steel fabrication projects or commercial construction is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD measuring programs.
- Experience using Planswift or similar take‑off software.
