Construction Engineer / Estimator

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Engineer / Estimator to support our construction projects by preparing accurate cost estimates from early design stages through detailed take‑off and pricing. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, vendors and clients to ensure cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates at schematic, budget and detailed design stages.
• Participate in project meetings, review schedules and generate reports for management.
• Analyze project documentation, blueprints, specifications and proposals to understand requirements.
• Visit sites, warehouses and other locations to gather information for estimates.
• Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing construction drawings.
• Negotiate construction prices with subcontractors and support competitive bidding.
• Forecast costs for high‑value building developments and perform complex data analysis.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with vendors, clients and project managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Science or a related field.
• Experience in structural and architectural estimating.
• Willingness to work in Cavite or Mandaluyong, Philippines.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret technical and non‑technical documents.
