About the role
We are seeking a qualified Accountant with extensive experience in construction accounting to join our team in Valenzuela City. The role involves managing financial records, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
- Assist in audits and financial analysis.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Preferably CPA (not mandatory).
- At least 58 years of experience in construction accounting.
- Knowledge of project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with BIR compliance and government regulations.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
Required skills
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
