Concrete Construction Estimator – Residential & Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a Concrete Construction Estimator to support our client’s bidding process for residential and commercial projects. Working remotely, you will produce accurate takeoffs and cost estimates for custom home and commercial concrete work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret residential and commercial blueprints to perform precise concrete quantity takeoffs.
• Prepare detailed material and quantity estimates for custom and spec home projects.
• Apply the company’s pricing guide to generate complete estimates, including labor and material costs.
• Populate standardized PDF templates and reporting formats according to client SOPs.
• Communicate completed estimates, flagging any discrepancies or missing plan details.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all takeoffs to support competitive bidding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in concrete takeoffs and estimating for residential and/or commercial projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and architectural drawings.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in calculations.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
