Company Physician (Reliever) – Bulacan

About the role

The Company Physician (Reliever) provides occupational health services, medical consultations, and emergency care to employees on a rotating/on‑call basis in Bulacan. The role supports employee wellness, contributes to the organization’s health and safety programs, and ensures compliance with relevant health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical consultations, assessments, and treatment for work‑related and non‑work‑related health concerns.
• Diagnose and manage common illnesses and injuries within the scope of occupational medicine and general practice.
• Provide first aid, emergency medical care, and patient stabilization prior to referral or transport.
• Support implementation of occupational health programs and workplace health initiatives.
• Monitor employee health conditions that may affect safety and productivity.
• Participate in workplace risk assessments and offer medical recommendations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and prepare required documentation.
• Deliver health education sessions, wellness consultations, and preventive healthcare activities.

Required profile

• Licensed Physician with a valid PRC license; newly licensed physicians are welcome.
• Experience in occupational health, corporate healthcare, industrial medicine, hospital practice, or general medicine.
• BCOM Certificate is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and emergency medical response.
