Company Nurse – On‑site Healthcare Professional

About the role

The Company Nurse provides on‑site medical care for employees across multiple locations, handling both occupational and non‑occupational health issues. The role supports the Company Doctor and ensures a safe, healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care for occupational and non‑occupational cases on site.
• Interpret health screening results and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Assist the Company Doctor during employee check‑ups and consultations.
• Maintain an accurate electronic medical record system.
• Manage inventory of medicines and supplies to control costs.
• Review employee health screening outcomes and advise on ongoing health concerns within work‑related limitations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Valid TIN, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG‑HDMF, NBI clearance, bank account and vaccination card.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or a hospital setting.
• Ability to start within 7 days is preferred.
• Willingness to be assigned to Taguig, Pasig, Makati, Batangas, Isabela, Pampanga or Palawan.

Required skills

• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• First Aid certification.
