Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse is the primary healthcare provider for the organization, managing the on‑site clinic and delivering immediate medical services to employees. This role is essential for promoting a safe, healthy, and productive workplace while ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid treatment, conduct vital‑sign assessments and health interviews.
• Dispense medication and maintain accurate medication records.
• Accompany employees to hospital referrals and act as liaison between hospital staff and families.
• Prepare and submit injury reports to Human Resources.
• Record and update employee medical histories and vital signs.
• Assess health status and issue nursing recommendations, including fitness‑for‑work evaluations.
• Conduct regular workplace rounds to identify and mitigate health and safety hazards.
• Deliver safety education and training to raise employee awareness.
• Serve as Occupational Health Advisor for exposure risk assessments and recovery plans.
• Generate monthly and annual health monitoring reports to satisfy governmental requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active PRC license.
• Pass medical screening and maintain good health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Preferably experienced in industrial settings and completed Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training (BOSH).
