About the role

We are looking for a qualified nurse to provide occupational health services for our workforce in Rio Tuba, Philippines. The role includes professional nursing care, emergency medical response, health surveillance, wellness promotion, and ensuring compliance with Philippine occupational safety and health requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care and administer first aid to sick or injured employees.
• Manage the occupational health clinic, maintain medical records, and coordinate annual physical examinations and medical surveillance programs.
• Administer drug‑testing programs and support a drug‑free workplace.
• Maintain inventory of medicines, first‑aid supplies, and clinic equipment; prepare purchase requests for medical supplies.
• Participate in plant inspections, Gemba walks, and hazard identification activities.
• Conduct health education, wellness campaigns, and awareness programs.
• Support emergency preparedness, drills, and incident response.
• Prepare reports required by management and regulatory agencies; coordinate with hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Occupational Safety and Health requirements and support the Annual Safety and Health Program (ASHP) implementation.
• Assist during audits and regulatory inspections, maintaining health records and statutory reports.
