Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse leads occupational health initiatives within the organization, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. This role combines clinical nursing expertise with health‑and‑safety program management to prevent illness and injury on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve health and safety programs tailored to the company’s operations.
• Assess workplace health risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Provide first‑aid, treatment, and follow‑up care for work‑related injuries or illnesses.
• Promote employee wellness through education, screenings, and health‑promotion activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records for every staff member.
• Serve as the primary liaison between employees, management, and external health‑care providers regarding occupational health matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or similar settings.

Required skills

• Health risk assessment.
• Design and execution of health‑and‑safety programs.
• Medical record management.
• Effective communication with management and staff on health issues.
