Company Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our manufacturing/industrial site and provide on‑site health services to employees. The role involves delivering primary care, handling emergencies, and supporting the company’s health and safety programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid treatment and medical care to staff on the premises.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and monitor occupational health conditions.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining LGU health protocols and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with management and safety officers on health‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid license.
• 1–2 years experience as a company or regular registered nurse in a manufacturing or industrial environment; newly registered nurses are also welcome.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Warm, caring disposition with a focus on employee wellbeing.
