Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse is responsible for delivering first‑aid care, assessing health risks, and promoting overall wellness for employees within the workplace. This role ensures a safe and healthy environment by providing immediate medical assistance and supporting preventive health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general first‑aid and emergency treatment to employees as needed.
• Assess employee health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Design, implement, and monitor health and safety programs.
• Administer over‑the‑counter medication and maintain a clean, comfortable sickbay.
• Conduct ongoing health checks and wellness programs to improve employee health.
• Regularly communicate health and wellness updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate.
• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Minimum six months of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of first aid, over‑the‑counter medication, and occupational health and safety.
