Company Nurse – Employee Wellness & Occupational Health

About the role

We are seeking a licensed healthcare professional to join our team as a Company Nurse. The role focuses on promoting employee wellness, ensuring workplace safety, and providing quality health support within our Manila/Makati office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver primary health care services to employees on-site.
• Conduct health assessments, first aid, and emergency response.
• Implement and monitor occupational health programs in line with DOLE-OSH regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report health trends to management.
• Provide health education and wellness initiatives to staff.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse or Physician with an active PRC license.
• Willingness to work on-site in Manila or Makati.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog.

Required skills

• BOSH certification (or willingness to undergo training).
• Knowledge of DOLE-OSH compliance requirements.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
