About the role
We are seeking a licensed healthcare professional to join our team as a Company Nurse. The role focuses on promoting employee wellness, ensuring workplace safety, and providing quality health support within our Manila/Makati office.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver primary health care services to employees on-site.
- Conduct health assessments, first aid, and emergency response.
- Implement and monitor occupational health programs in line with DOLE-OSH regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and report health trends to management.
- Provide health education and wellness initiatives to staff.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse or Physician with an active PRC license.
- Willingness to work on-site in Manila or Makati.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog.
Required skills
- BOSH certification (or willingness to undergo training).
- Knowledge of DOLE-OSH compliance requirements.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
